Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist

The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (formerly known as Dynamics 365 CRM) Technical developer with Functional Consultant skills to be part of an internally built and growing D365 specialised Tyme X team.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE specialist must

  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE from a functional and development perspective.
  • Must have experience in end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, development, testing, training, post implementation support and reporting.
  • Must have experience in usage of Out of Box (OOB) CE features and provide technical design or develop/customize solutions for identified gaps.
  • Must have an excellent understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Modelling including the customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
  • Must be able to work with both remote, onsite teams and customer teams to determine CE implementation, configuration, customisations and integration of business requirements.

Essential Duties and Key Results Area:

  • Be part of the development delivery team
  • Meet with stakeholders, obtain, analyse Business Requirements, and translate these into functional requirements, functional and technical design documents for system development tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical, written, analytical and verbal skills.
  • Able to perform testing (both system and functional) and deployments.
  • Ensure Quality development projects are delivered.
  • Clearly articulate any expected challenges with implementing various projects and offer possible solutions or alternatives.
  • Clearly explain any unexpected issues or problems encountered and offer possible solutions or alternatives.
  • Think critically about potential impacts certain development projects may have on the existing system and be able to explain those impacts in an understandable way.
  • Help other team members by being open to brainstorming sessions, discussing possible solutions and assisting in reviews for projects delivered both internally and by third parties.
  • Up to date with current 365 CE versions and technology trends.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant and proven experience in a similar role, proven end to end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customisations, integration, workflows, plugin development, forms, views, report development is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework including extensive experience writing C# or ASP.Net code is required.
  • Demonstrated implementation of workflow management and integration to Plugins.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service is a must.
  • Experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI) required.
  • Proven knowledge of 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Modelling including the customisations and development of Business Data Models implementation must be demonstrated.
  • Experience within Financial Service Industries and Credit is advantageous.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are advantageous.
  • Effectively collaborate with business partners and team
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English/Vietnamese).
  • Works effectively with people from all walks of life.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can perform under minimal supervision and can adapt to changing environments.
