We are looking for an Games Account Manager who will be responsible for managing existing accounts with day-to-day communication, building strong relationships, and managing integration & up-sell activities for ReneVerse-partnered games. Additionally, the Games Account Manager will work with internal and external parties to ensure that technical and performance-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with publishers and game studios.
This position focuses on building strong relationships to increase growth accounts, up-selling, performance analysis, technical support, and optimization.
The Games Account Manager is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our supply-side business while working in close partnership with the Sales Teams, Product Teams, and Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing game development and publishing partners through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership, and provide regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
- Growing revenue from existing accounts and clients while acting as a consultant on all monetization matters
- Technical focal point for product integration and overall account technical aspects
- Review and optimize current integrations; analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet customers’ monetization objectives
- Supporting the sales team in pre and post-sale stages and collaborate with internal operations and engineering teams on the implementation and management of various monetization products
- Experience in client management from global operating companies
- Familiarity with Unity and Web/JS game development software
- Sales-oriented, interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers and an ability to negotiate
