General Summary


Digital Advertising Sales identifies, prioritizes, pursues and closes potential new clients (vendors and customers), ensuring that opportunities are maximized to support current and long-term revenue and gross profit plans. This includes negotiation and internal/external communication to ensure that new clients are successfully engaged and being maintained a good customer relationship. 


 


Essential Job Duties



  • Organize, identify, prioritize and win new clients to meet FreakOut’s revenue and gross profit objectives. Focus attention on the direct sales and agency sales that are in line with company strategy.

  • Products to sell:
    - FreakOut Display: Native, Rich Media and Social formats.
    - FreakOut OTT & Video
    - FreakOut TTD & DV360 programmatic SSP
    - GP YouTube Contextual Intelligence
    - FreakOut 360-degree Video DSP

  • Report directly to Country Manager upon day-to-day Sales activities.

  • Work closely with BD Team to choose correct inventory strategy

  • Create and continuously improve sales materials, presentations, and documentation for all FreakOut products.

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver FreakOut’s business objectives

  • Develop and maintain a positive reputation within the industry

  • Establish individual goals in support of FreakOut’s overall company targets.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


 


Minimum Qualifications



  • Local Vietnamese people resident in HCM

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Over 3 years of related experience in digital marketing is required.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.

  • Strong initiative as well as excellent teamwork.

  • Immediate English skill is required in daily communication

  • Proactive attitude to overcome any challenge

  • Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills is required 


 


Bonuses / Incentives



  • Quarterly Incentive

  • 13th month salary


 


Days and Hours of Work



  • Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM (1 hour lunch break)

  • Social and Health Insurance according to Vietnam Labor Law
