ESSENTIALS DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Manager possesses excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills and be able to lead and motivate a team
- Enhance relationships with clients / potential advertisers to generate new business profitably.
- Internal discuss (with Client Service team & direct manager), creating and delivering presentations to clients and assisting in new business pitches (if any).
- Support Client Service & other Departments during of project execution period
- Develop and implement strategies to expand clients’ accounts.
- Understand client marketing objective to create the proposal that meet client needs and maximize the company exclusive products
- Supervise, monitor and analyze sales performance, report client status
- Management of client relationships.
- Providing clients with a high level of strategic support.
- Ensure full compliance with sales standards, policies and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation: Bachelor or Master Degree. with major related to position
- English level: Fluent English language skill (oral & written)
- Computer level: Computer expert (words, excel & power- point programs)
- Experience: At least 4-5 years’ sales working experience in advertising field and marketing at the same position
- Priority: Experience in OOH media agency, strongly preferred.
