Our client is a global immigration consulting firm with a strong presence across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
They are seeking a dedicated and strategic Sales Manager / Director to drive the growth of their business in the Vietnamese market and beyond.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the immigration landscape (especially for US, Canadian, and Australian programs), healthy connections with HNWIs and influential persons/businesses, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to cold prospect and convert qualified leads into loyal customers.
Please note that this role will start off as a FULL-TIME CONTRACT position, with the possibility for later conversion. Open to candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City only.
Both salary and commission scheme will be structured extremely competitively to attract the best of the best, given the fact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the immigration sales function, setting performance targets, building sales pipelines, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales consultants; conduct performance reviews and establish incentive programs to promote success.
Client Acquisition: Identify and close high-potential individual and business clients seeking immigration solutions - especially for the US, Canada, and Australia.
Solution Selling: Customize immigration pathways (e.g., skilled migration, business investment visas, student programs, family sponsorship) based on client profiles and legal eligibility.
Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies to target high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients; manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with law firms, educational consultants, and international recruiters to generate referrals and cross-sell services.
Compliance & Coordination: Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure all client documentation and service offerings meet local and international legal requirements.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback; prepare reports and recommendations for the executive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in immigration services sales - with a strong track record of closing deals and managing client relationships
In-depth knowledge of immigration pathways and visa categories for the US, Canada, and Australia. Other countries are a plus
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Experience working with CRM and digital sales tools
Strong proficiency in English. Fluent in Vietnamese
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field preferred
