What you’ll be doing:
- Regularly update the team's tracking document by coordinating via email, Teams, Telegram, or Zalo.
- Record all incoming requests and inquiries accurately.
- Understand system logic to identify and report bugs or issues.
- Test reported bugs across interfaces using personal experience to validate findings.
- Proactively investigate and determine root causes for issues based on requests.
- Share updates with team members, providing clear examples and real-case scenarios.
- Utilize ZFX Confluence to access resources and learn from other regions and departments.
- Accept individual challenges by taking on new tasks and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain service quality and a positive attitude while communicating with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (experience in the Forex industry is a plus).
Skills:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
