  About the Senior Marketing Executive (Esports) Role: 
 
 In this critical role, you will be leading, planning, and hands-on manage the marketing campaign strategy for this company's product to maximise the user's engagement, including everything related to digital marketing, social media, events, community management, etc.
 
  Key Responsibilities: 
  
 Work closely with the marketing/ esports manager to plan monthly/ quarterly marketing campaigns for one of company’s games
 
 Coordinate directly with the marketing team, esports team, product team, design, video editing team & to execute esports marketing activities
 
 Cooperate with other internal (code, purchase, legal, finance) & external resources (production house, agency, artist, KOLs, …) smoothly as a part of running campaigns
 
 Daily execute & manage campaigns to make sure they are on time, within budget and meet ambitious KPIs
 
 Prepare weekly/ monthly marketing activities reports
 
 Common tasks are to provide interesting/ amazing copy-writing, banner, micro-site, POSM, comics, artwork, short film, MV, VFX video, 3D video, graphic motion video, offline event, booking KOLs/ content creator/ news, producing attractive rewards for users
  
 To succeed in this role, you must have great communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 6.5+ IELTS is a plus.
 
  Key Requirements: 
  
 Minimum three years experience of relevant work preferably in the gaming/ FMCG/ digital/ advertising agency
 
 Experience in marketing tool such as: Facebook creator studio, YouTube Creator, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
 
 Passion for games, esports and the gaming industry is a plus
 
 Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
 
 Strong logical thinking, analytic skills
 
 Eager to learn and fast learner
 
 Able to handle multiple tasks in an organised manner
 
 Deliver under pressure, good team player, proactive, adaptable
