  Job Description 
 
  Sale Contest for Agency Sale Channel: 
 
 Work with line manager and team members for new sales contests.
 
 Do the costing and evaluate the effectiveness of new sales contests idea before proceeding to get approval for launching new contest ideas.
 
 Perform dummy risk testing.
 
 Review memorandums before launching out.
 
 Be in-charge of making reminders and timeline to run tracking results and final results for the new sales contests.
 
 Run and double-check tracking result reports for sale contests weekly and monthly.
 
 Be in-charge of running final results of sales contests and working with payroll team to make the payments to sales contests’ qualifiers.
 
 Be in-charge of answering questions of agents or other departments about sales contest results or requirements.
 
 Receive, review the exceptional cases related to contest result before proposing solutions.
 
  Data Processing  (manipulate 9 primary access databases, with 10+ year storage, records from 100K to 20+ million each database).
 
 Keep track of calculation/coding methods of all sales metrics of Agency Sales Channel.
 
  Do other tasks assigned by line manager/Head of Department
