Senior/Lead ERP Functional Consultant

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global manufacturing company for the Senior/Lead ERP Functional Consultant who has expertise in Quality Management and Production Planning modules.

You will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for (1) Quality Management module and (2) Production Planning module, which are specially designed to satisfy the particular requirements of the Process Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

You work with our cross-functional teams, report to the IT Director, and offer proactive technical and functional assistance in order to train the plant's end users and resolve complicated problems.

(1) Quality Management Module

Lead the D365 Quality Management module's deployment, paying particular attention to how it fits in with the complexities of process manufacturing.

• Industry-Specific Configuration: set up the module specifically to meet the production plant's unique quality control needs.
• Quality Control Procedures: Work with interested parties to comprehend and improve the quality control procedures unique to each manufacturing facility.
• Compliance Management: Make sure that industry-specific rules and guidelines are followed, keep up with changing compliance specifications, and update the system as necessary.
• Quality of Raw Materials and Completed Products: Create and put into place quality control procedures for both raw materials and completed goods.
• Batch & Lot Tracking: Set up the system to enable precise batch and lot tracking and offer knowledge of how to manage and follow product batches all the way through the manufacturing process.
• Make sure that manufacturing processes are integrated.
• Actively seek chances for process enhancement in the manufacturing setting.
• Lead end-user training sessions and offer continuing assistance and direction to resolve users' questions and issues.
• Assist the development and testing teams with functional and system integration testing, as well as new needs and gaps.
• Reporting and Documentation.

(2) Production Planning and Scheduling Module

Lead the D365 Production Planning and Scheduling deployment, paying particular attention to how it fits in with the complexities of Process Manufacturing.

• Industry-Specific Configuration: Set up the module to meet certain scheduling and production planning needs unique to the manufacturing facility.
• Planning and scheduling for finite capacity: set up and assist with production planning, scheduling, and execution to guarantee that production procedures are in line with resource availability and demand projections.
• Raw Material Requirements Planning (MRP): based on the final good production planning, configure and support MRP for different acquired products.
• Make sure that the manufacturing and procurement processes are integrated.
• Actively seek out chances for process enhancement in the context of manufacturing.
• Lead end-user training sessions and offer continuing assistance and direction to resolve users' questions and issues.
• Assist the development and testing teams with functional and system integration testing, as well as new needs and gaps.
• Reporting and Documentation.

Requirements:

• A track record of success as a functional consultant, together with expertise in deploying and maintaining D365 for the process manufacturing sector.
• (1) Quality Module: Having a thorough understanding of the quality management process and related configurations, such as establishing Quality Associations, Tests, and Supply Chain Management Configurations.
• (2) Production Planning and Scheduling Module: Having a thorough understanding of the production planning and scheduling processes and related configurations, such as establishing Master Planning, MRP, Intercompany Planning, Finite Capacity Planning and Scheduling, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and training sessions, create Business Requirement documents, Solution Design documents, FIT/GAP, and communicate with end users at all levels.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is advantageous.
• This role requires more than 50% of both domestic & international travel.
