Role Purpose

The Technical Platform Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, reliability, and scalability of their platform (Run Mode). Reporting directly to the CTO, this role focuses on maintaining high platform performance while ensuring adherence to SLAs. The role is critical to sustaining customer satisfaction and upholding our commitment to delivering a high-performing platform.

How They Measure Success

  1. Adherence to SLAs, including uptime and response time.

  2. Efficient incident management across functional, performance, and security aspects.

  3. Proactive technical upgrades and predictive management.

  4. High platform performance, including optimal response times and strong customer satisfaction.

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Team Management: This role does not directly manage the Product Owner or developers, as they report separately to the CTO for project-related tasks.


Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Platform Operations Management:
    • Ensure platform operability, maintaining reliability and high performance.

    • Monitor and manage all aspects of platform operations, ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Incident Management:
    • Oversee and resolve incidents promptly, covering functional, performance, and security concerns.

    • Collaborate with developers to address technical issues effectively.

  • Predictive Management:
    • Proactively manage technical upgrades to prevent potential platform vulnerabilities.

  • Platform Performance Optimization:
    • Ensure the platform's response time meets customer expectations and contributes to high satisfaction levels.

  • Client Communication:
    • Ensure clarity and professionalism by providing relevant and accurate reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose improvements and ensure seamless platform updates.

  • Engage in continuous process improvement for better operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-have Requirements

  • Education & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience managing high-availability platforms.

    • Proven experience in international companies.

    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English

  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced MS SQL Server expertise (query optimization, database scaling).

    • Strong understanding of AWS services and Kubernetes-based microservices architecture.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Exposure to fintech or SaaS platforms.

  • Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or MS SQL Server.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Full-time

Compensation:

  • 1,200 USD to 1,600 USD gross per month (12 months).

  • 25% yearly bonus based on company and individual objectives.
