Job Description - Testing Operator

You’ll make a difference by:

Comprehensive Quality Assurance: Oversee and perform inspections across all stages of production, from incoming materials to final product, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Material Inspection & Control: Conduct thorough checks on incoming materials, manage non-conformance, and coordinate with relevant departments for material replacement and supplier performance.
In-Process Quality Monitoring: Execute daily inspections of punching dimensions, assembly, wiring, and other critical in-line processes to prevent defects.
Final Product Verification: Perform detailed checks on all finished products, including packaging, and conduct monthly quality audits to ensure complete adherence to quality standards.
Advanced Testing & Analysis: Conduct high voltage testing, dimension testing, functional testing, and appearance testing, documenting results and investigating root causes of non-conformities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve quality issues, provide feedback to relevant departments, and support initiatives for ongoing process improvement.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all inspections, non-conformances, and quality data, including preparing and distributing relevant reports.

Your defining qualities:

At least 2 years in Quality inspection/Bus-bar Trunking System
> 1 year working with Goods inspection
MS Office/Spiridon
Familiar wiwth the Quality Management System (QMS) and Statistic Process Control (SPC)
English and local language proficiencies would be an advantage
Experienced in Quality Testing method
