We are looking for a full time Customer Support cum EN-VI, VI-EN translator. 

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Develop and maintain a clear, accessible knowledge base, including FAQs, user guides, and help articles;
• Contribute to the setup of customer support systems and workflows during the initial phase of operations;
• Respond to customer enquiries, inquiries via multiple support channels, ensuring timely and professional communication;
• Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to address customer needs, escalate complex cases as needed, and ensure follow up until resolution;
• Gather and report customer feedback and recurring issues to relevant internal teams for service and product improvement;
• Provide ad hoc support for Vietnamese-English and English-Vietnamese translation tasks

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 7.5 or higher);
• Comfortable using support ticketing systems, online communication tools, and digital platforms, is a plus;
• Additional language skills are valued;
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, with a customer first mindset;
• Be passionate about learning new things;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Be competent, confident, effective and efficient in a tech heavy environment;
• Adopt new technological tools quickly and effectively;
• Self motivated and ability to work independently as we work remotely.

Salary Range:       

Full time: 4-5 million VND/month depending on experience
