• Managing, training and motivating existing
  sales executives to drive revenue growth
  
• Develop and manage efficient distribution
  networks for sales in the area allocated
  
• Establishing, maintaining & expanding
  customer base
  
• Servicing the need of existing customers &
  developing a long term relationship
  
• Develop efficient and creative sales and
  marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the
  sales team
  
• Collecting customer and market feedback and
  reporting the same to the organization
  
• Reporting to Regional Sales Manager with all
  the data
  

Monitoring & Tracking

• Setting Sales Target to individual Sales
  Executives & achieving the goals
  
• Visits with the Sales Executive to different distribution
  Networks
  
• Allocating roles & responsibilities of
  Sales Executives
  
• Motivating the Executives to reach to the
  targets
  
• Conducting Market research for the new product
  launches
  
• Monitoring sales executives performance, analysing
  sales data, periodical forecasting
  
• Implementing Sales Management Process to assists
  the Sales Team
  
• Building weekly Sales Plan & submitting to
  the Regional Sales Manager
  

Requirements

Requirements

·         Graduation
in any stream Science, Commerce, Arts.

·         Can
have the additional qualification of MBA

·         2-3
Years Work Experience

·         Strong
Communication & Team Management Skills

·         Proven
track record of meeting sales goals (preferably in Healthcare Sector)

·         Excellent
Customer Service Attitude

·         Strong
Network with Distributors & Retailers with the expertise in a particular  area
