• Responsible for the operational efficiency of Reception desk areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas
  

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years relevant Front Office experience in the Hotel industry
• Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or any related discipline
• Knowledge of Hotel facilities and services
• With initiative, should be organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English;   knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
