A technician is responsible for general maintenance of the facility they work in. They conduct repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Their main job is to provide technical, mechanical and electrical support. They are required to ensure that all the types of equipment are in good working order. A technician's primary aim is to keep the facilities and common spaces in the finest possible shape. They should have basic skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the premises. Organizations hire technicians as they can handle most of the issues on their own, and there is less requirement of outsourcing. The desirable qualifications for becoming a Technician are:

• Prior experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or other related roles
