We’re a growing construction recruitment agency with 10+ live roles at any given time, spanning white- and blue-collar permanent positions — from engineers to estimators, architects to trades.

This is a commission-only role, offering a structured commission scheme from 25% to 40% of your billings. With the average permanent deal value at £5,000, your earning potential is significant — and uncapped.

What You Get

✅ We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years’ experience in construction recruitment (perm roles essential)

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in Boolean searches, CV sourcing, and headhunting

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of construction job boards (Indeed, CV Library, TotalJobs, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Confident managing both candidate pipelines and client relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in construction market terminology and hiring trends

  
  


• 
  

  Active on LinkedIn and able to engage talent directly
