Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems, including voice agents, chatbots, and multi-channel assistants.
- Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
- Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
- Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.
- Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.
- Ensure that prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context (AU/PH/US/EU markets).
- Contribute to the design of AI Receptionists, Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, and custom solutions across different industries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) or conversational AI platforms.
- Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.
- Ability to analyse data, spot patterns, and recommend improvements.
- Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom AI integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. debt collection, finance, healthcare, IT support) is highly regarded.
- Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and creativity.
