Position Overview
We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. This role requires someone who balances technical accounting expertise with excellent client service skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements
Analyze financial data and provide insights
Perform technical accounting functions
Develop client relationships and provide advisory services
Review bookkeepers' work for accuracy
Document and optimize accounting processes
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-4 years accounting experience
Solid understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms
Experience with financial analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships

Work Environment
100% remote position
20-40 hours weekly (minimum 20 hours required)
Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time
Must be located in: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
