Kinkora Investments (Kinkora) is a privately owned real estate investment management platform focused on acquiring and actively managing high quality real estate assets in Australia’s major metropolitan markets. We manage more than $776 million of existing commercial assets and $100 million of equity in residential for sale projects with an end value of ~$1.06 billion. We provide investors with considered investment options across the risk return spectrum, targeting assets supported by strong fundamentals and identifiable value creation opportunities. Kinkora invests alongside aligned private and institutional capital partners and adopts a disciplined, underwriting‑led approach with a strong emphasis on asset management, leasing execution and downside protection.
