Accounts Receivable Officer

The Role

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, on-site position based at their Eastern Suburbs office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts and lead debt recovery activities, including negotiation of payment plans.
• Coordinate external collection
• Implement and maintain credit control procedures and investigate/escalate any discrepancies
• Monitor and investigate outstanding balances and follow up with clients
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients
• Prepare aging reports and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
• Identify opportunities to streamline credit and finance processes for efficiency
• Internal and external stakeholder management

About You

You will have at least 3 years' experience in a full-function accounts receivable role.

• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Dynamics
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
