Business Analyst

We're currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a Transformation team supporting a key digital initiative, focused on selecting a new customer feedback system.

You'll be working within a PMO environment alongside Project Managers and Business Analysts, playing a key role in supporting vendor engagement and helping drive an informed decision.

This is a contract position until the end of June, with possibility of extension into implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendor demos, workshops, and Q&A sessions
• Refine and validate business requirements and evaluation criteria
• Conduct comparative analysis across vendors
• Assist in developing recommendations to support system selection
• Engage with stakeholders across the business

Key Skills

Vendor selection & evaluation - experience running demos, scoring vendors, and supporting decision-making

Requirements gathering & refinement - ability to clarify, structure, and validate business needs

Stakeholder engagement - confident working across business and technical teams

Analytical thinking - strong comparative analysis and recommendation skills

Communication & facilitation - running workshops, demos, and presenting findings clearly

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or transformation projects
• Experience supporting vendor selection and working with external vendors
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work across requirements, analysis, and evaluation activities
• Experience with customer feedback platforms or similar systems is advantageous
