DWS is growing, and so we are seeking a highly delivery-focused In-house Recruiter to support our fast-growing intercompany delivery model with our parent business HCLTech. Operating in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment aligned to shorter-term, niche and more specialist technology, the role will join our existing talent team, and would suit someone from a contract workforce type agency role, working across a broad tech stack. You need to be comfortable operating at speed, while balancing quality, commercial realities, and confident helping shape stakeholder expectations.

Salary : $100K base (inc super) + commission; OTE $150K in year 1
Essential Skills & Experience - Substantial background in agency-style recruitment within the Australian IT / technology market
- Very broad IT / tech stack experience across CRM/ERP, Cloud, Data, Development, project services, systems integration and more
- Significant experience recruiting contractors and interim talent across shorter-term and contingent engagements (3-12 months)
- Confidence operating in comparative, high-speed IT / tech recruitment models, where roles come and go quickly
- Very strong stakeholder communication skills; a pragmatic, delivery-first mindset, able to push back as needed and helping to accurately reframe expectations
- High attention to detail, resilience and commercial awareness
- Ability to work with a very high level of autonomy, maintaining quality and pace
What You'll Be Doing: - Acting as a primary recruiter for intercompany delivery stakeholder requirements, to augment their existing teams
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across shorter-term and contractor-style roles aligned to HCLTech intercompany demand
- Interpreting often very brief or evolving role requirements across niche and specialist IT skill sets
- Sourcing candidates via direct search, job boards, referrals and existing networks to maximise speed-to-presentation
- Conducting fit-for-purpose screening, shortlisting, and compliance, aligned to role criticality and commercial constraints
- Coordinating interviews in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Managing offers, pay alignment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate records across ATS (JobAdder) and employment / onboarding systems, always ensuring compliance
