L3 Support Engineer

Robert Half is partnered with one of our key clients going through an infrastructure uplift, and they are looking for an experienced infrastructure/ systems engineer to assist with service desk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyse and manage incidents, service requests, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure and system issues.
• Support change control processes and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Perform CVE remediation and patch management activities.
• Administer and support a Windows server environment.
• Monitor network alerts and respond to infrastructure incidents.

Details:

• Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office
• Working in a Microsoft & Windows 10/11 environment
• Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week
• Possibility of extension

Requirements:

• Australian working rights required (no sponsorship provided).
• Previous experience in infrastructure/ systems administration with a strong focus on Windows technologies.
• Decent knowledge in Windows server, virtualization and networking.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
