This is a 6-month max-term full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and drive delivery activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring progress is clear, risks are understood and stakeholders stay aligned.
Translate plans into actionable steps, supporting cross‑functional teams to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and boundaries.
Monitor project health, identifying issues early and working with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain delivery momentum.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, creating shared understanding of priorities, dependencies and progress.
Support planning, reporting and governance activities that help leaders make informed decisions and keep initiatives on track.
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering projects or streams in dynamic environments, with confidence managing multiple moving parts.
Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams, influencing outcomes through clarity and collaboration.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining structure and focus.
Practical problem‑solving mindset with commitment to delivering meaningful, well‑thought‑out outcomes.
Familiarity with project delivery practices, tools and rhythms, and openness to learning IAG’s ways of working.
Curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to supporting teams and removing blockers.
