Verint CA (Channel Automation) and REACT Developer

We’re looking for a strong Verint CA (Channel Automation) and REACT Developer to help design, build, and support scalable, high‑quality customer engagement solutions.

This is a 12 Month Max – Term Contract role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and support Verint Channel Automation solutions and React Micro Front End (MFE) applications


• Deliver across the full application lifecycle, from design and build through to deployment and support


• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions


• Optimise application performance and ensure stability across customer engagement platforms


• Provide technical guidance and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences


• Support on‑call activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in an Agile/DevOps environment

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years industry experience, preferably in insurance or financial services


• 3+ years Verint Channel Automation (Verint Engagement Orchestration) development experience


• Strong JavaScript experience, including React or similar frameworks


• Backend integration experience, including REST/SOAP APIs and SQL (RDBMS, scripts, stored procedures)


• Cloud development experience, particularly AWS (Lambda, APIs)


• Experience with containerised applications at scale, e.g. Docker and Kubernetes 


• Experience working with CRM platforms


• Insurance domain experience or exposure to regulated enterprise environments
