Job Description

 

Operating in the Australian market for over 20 years, Assure is a market leader in the provision of Business Psychology solutions. Through best practice Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Assure implements professional, innovative and engaging solutions for organisations and individuals that promote productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

As a result of company growth and in anticipation of more, we are currently looking to appoint a Customer Care & Sales Administrator to be based in XXX office, to assist us in our pursuit to create exceptional value to our customers and the community.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a small portfolio of non-face-to-face customers
  • Coordinating and supporting business development and customer relationship management activities, including the scoping, proposing, closing and on-boarding of new small-medium sized customers
  • Coordinating and supporting business development and customer relationship management activities, including the on-boarding of new customers
  • Supporting the development and coordination of provision of customer collateral material
  • Responding to incoming requests and enquiries regarding Assure’s products and services
  • Collecting information required for bid proposal compilation, and assisting in the preparation of tenders, proposals and new business presentations
  • Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting
  • Assisting in the coordination of customer related activities including Awareness Sessions and attendance at health expos

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound computer skills with high levels of accuracy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRMs
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated and reliable
  • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
