About the role
Join the dynamic Urology Unit at Eastern Health and take the next step in developing your surgical and clinical expertise within a supportive, high-performing team environment.
This position offers an outstanding opportunity for motivated Registrars seeking comprehensive exposure to modern urological practice across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and operative settings.
This is an exceptional opportunity to strengthen your operative experience, clinical judgement, research involvement, and leadership capabilities within a highly regarded health network.
Working closely with experienced Urological Surgeons, the Urology Registrar plays a key role in the ongoing management and care of urology patients across multiple Eastern Health campuses.

The positions for 2027 are as follows:
Position 1. 12 Months Urology
Position 2. 6 Months Urology, 6 Months Spec Surgery Relief (which may include up to 12 weeks Urology, including nights)
Position 3. 6 Months Surgery Relief (which may include up to 12 weeks Urology, including nights), 6 Months Urology
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
