The Role: 

• 
  

  Manage and support a portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory 

  
  

• 
  

  Provide proactive business advice including forecasting, cashflow and structuring  

  
  

• 
  

  Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor  

  
  

• 
  

  Work closely with experienced Partners and senior team members  

  
  

• 
  

  Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment  

  
  

About You: 

• 
  

  3–5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice  

  
  

• 
  

  CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion  

  
  

• 
  

  Strong technical skills across tax and business services  

  
  

• 
  

  Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction  

  
  

• 
  

  Proactive, organised and motivated to grow into a senior role
