What you will be doing

• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their responsive, trusted point of contact.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller accounts while supporting Account Managers with customer engagement.
• Proactively identify opportunities, qualify leads and help maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate customer communications, proposals, onboarding and follow-up activities.

What you will be bring

• Experience in inside sales, account coordination, customer success, business development or another customer-facing role.
• A natural ability to build rapport, establish trust and maintain genuine customer relationships.
• An enthusiastic, proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Experience using a CRM to manage customer interactions, opportunities and account information.
