Job Description - Account Executive

POSITION DESCRIPTION


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE


Reports to: 


Line Manager: Performance Account Director


Purpose: The Account Executive at TTA plays a crucial role in the performance account management team in ensuring the successful management and execution of paid performance campaigns. You will collaborate with the internal and client teams to manage client relationships, monthly project/task deliverables, and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management



  • Assist in performance account management and client relationship management

  • Assist in client communications, including emails, Monday.com and Slack correspondence and tasking in Monthly RGP tasks to Monday.com

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and developing internal and client WIP agendas

  • Attend internal and client WIP calls, taking comprehensive minutes, which are shared with the internal and client teams, with actions briefed into Monday.com where required

  • Coordinate with clients to secure and communicate relevant RGP (Revenue Growth Plan) information from clients, including key activity, budgets, and revenue targets to the Performance Team

  • Maintaining agency relationships and ensuring high levels of service


Paid Performance Channel Execution (Monthly RGP Process)



  • Collaborate with the Account Managers/Directors and Performance Leads in RGP planning each month including forecasting, key activity and media planning

  • Collaborate with the Account Managers/Directors and Performance Leads in the execution of approved RGP tasks across the month 

  • Coordinate comprehensive briefs as per TTA processes for paid performance channels, including revisions and approvals

  • Draft and edit copy for client performance marketing campaigns

  • Building campaigns and ads across paid performance channels, including revisions and scheduling where required

  • Managing pacing and budget management of paid performance channels based on monthly approved spends


Reporting



  • Monitor client performance against targets each month, collaborating with the Account Manager/Director and Performance Leads to provide regular insights and recommendations to clients with weekly/MTD reporting updates

  • Assist Performance Leads in gathering data for performance reports as required

  • Assisting and managing the Monthly Reporting process for clients, collaborating with Account Managers/Directors and Performance Leads to finalise and share reports with clients as per TTA process

  • Assist with Whatagraph report builds and fixes as required for new and existing clients throughout the TTA roster


Qualifications and Experience:



  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience running eCommerce Paid Media campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest and/or TikTok

  • An understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how various performance marketing channels work together to deliver value including SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media, Content 

  • An understanding and the ability to navigate and pull reports from key platforms including Supermetrics, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Centre, Pinterest Business Centre


Skills and Competencies:



  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders 

  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, SEO tools).

  • Client Focus: An understanding of client needs and the ability to identify key areas that may impact clients whether that be positive or negative and effectively communicate those to managers 

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.


Key Relationships:



  • Client Relationships including key stakeholders within the internal marketing, design and management teams

  • Internal TTA relationships across the performance, account management and design teams

  • Reporting Speed and Accuracy: The ability to report across a number of campaigns and platforms with high attention to detail to ensure data and insights are accurate and considered 

  • Team Collaboration: The ability to effectively collaborate with team members to help deliver exceptional service for our clients 

  • Attention to Detail: Always being aware of what is happening across your campaigns and proactively flagging when a situation doesn’t seem right 

  • Punctuality: Ensure you arrive to meetings (both in person and online) on time and if for any reason you are going to be late let your colleagues know in advance 

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adjusts quickly to changing priorities or new tasks.

  • Learning Mindset: Proactively learns, upskills, and takes initiative when faced with unfamiliar work.
