We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (Enterprise Sales) to drive enterprise sales growth,
develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our Adobe software
licensing and professional services business across the ANZ region.

About the
Role

As an Account
Executive (Enterprise Sales)
, you will be responsible for planning,
developing, and executing enterprise sales and business development initiatives
for Adobe Experience Cloud software licensing and professional services.

Working closely with Adobe,
enterprise customers, and our consulting and delivery teams, you will identify
new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, negotiate
commercial agreements, and build trusted relationships with senior business leaders
to deliver sustainable revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a hybrid role based in Parramatta,
Sydney
, requiring three days per week onsite.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Business
Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned
    with the Company's business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive
    business growth across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prepare annual account plans, sales forecasts,
    revenue projections, and business growth strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and
    competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic
    planning and execution.

Enterprise Account Management

  • Own and grow strategic Adobe enterprise accounts
    across the ANZ region.
  • Build and maintain long -term relationships with
    C -level executives, including CIOs, CMOs, Digital Transformation Leaders,
    Procurement Heads, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic
    account planning sessions.
  • Develop customer growth strategies that expand
    Adobe licensing into multi -year professional services engagements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and
    long -term customer retention.

Sales Execution

  • Lead the complete enterprise sales lifecycle,
    including opportunity identification, discovery, solution development,
    commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Generate new business opportunities through
    strategic prospecting, networking, Adobe partnerships, referrals, and
    customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Adobe Account Executives and
    internal stakeholders on joint account planning and enterprise customer
    engagements.
  • Manage enterprise sales opportunities typically
    valued between AUD 250K–500K.
  • Maintain accurate weekly sales forecasting and CRM
    pipeline visibility.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles ranging from 6–12 months.

Marketing & Partner
Engagement

  • Collaborate with Adobe and internal marketing teams
    on joint business development initiatives.
  • Support customer events, webinars, industry
    conferences, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to customer acquisition, brand
    awareness, and market expansion strategies.
  • Promote DLUX's Adobe capabilities across the ANZ
    market.

Commercial & Operational
Management

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports,
    and business performance metrics.
  • Monitor business performance against sales targets
    and revenue objectives.
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract
    governance.
  • Ensure compliance with Company sales processes and
    CRM requirements.

Cross -Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Consulting, Delivery, Customer
    Success, and Finance teams to ensure successful project delivery and
    exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless
    transition from sales through implementation and ongoing managed services.
  • Foster strong internal stakeholder relationships to
    support customer success and long -term business growth.


Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales.
  • Experience
    selling Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Content, Workflow & Data) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated
    success selling enterprise software licences bundled with professional
    services.
  • Proven
    track record managing enterprise opportunities valued between AUD
    250K–500K
    or higher.
  • Experience
    managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months).
  • Strong
    executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with
    C -level stakeholders.
  • Excellent
    commercial negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong
    understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, Martech, Adtech, Customer
    Experience, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or
exceed annual sales targets.
