Account Manager – Enterprise Market

As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of commercial customers and major distributors. Reporting to a consultative manager who embraces teamwork, you will have the operational support and resources to equip you to deliver results.  

In the role, you will:

• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with existing customers
  


• Gather product specifications and requirements from customers 
  


• Work with Product Managers and the Internal Sales Support team to develop product and service offerings
  


• Present proposals, contractual documents, and technical product information to customers
  


• Work with the National Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target markets
  


• Research and investigate emerging markets (Education, Government and Health sectors)
  

Requirements

To be successful, you must have:

• Proven Account Management experience managing commercial or distributor accounts (experience managing education and government sector will be highly regarded)
  


• Strong communication and presentation skills
  


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  


• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
