Job Description - Account Manager – Enterprise Market




Globally recognised as leaders in the cable, optical fibre and electronics industry, this OEM has continued to strengthen its market position by providing products and end-to-end supply chain solutions that support commercial customers to achieve business and project objectives.

As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of commercial customers and major distributors. Reporting to a consultative manager who embraces teamwork, you will have the operational support and resources to equip you to deliver results.










• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with existing customers
• Gather product specifications and requirements from customers
• Work with Product Managers and the Internal Sales Support team to develop product and service offerings
• Present proposals, contractual documents, and technical product information to customers
• Work with the National Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target markets
• Research and investigate emerging markets (Education, Government and Health sectors)


Requirements



• Proven Account Management experience managing commercial or distributor accounts (experience managing education and government sector will be highly regarded)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
