About Harmony:
Harmony Early Education is a family-owned Early Education and long day care group passionate about supporting the development of children through respectful relationships between children, families, communities, and Educators.
We have 21 centres across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern NSW and we are excited to be opening more centres in the new year. Our brand new state of the art Support Office is based in Helensvale, Gold Coast.
About the Role:

Combine management, financial, and project accounting in a dynamic role.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Manage cash flow, tax reconciliations, and government funding submissions.
Support audits, maintain compliance with standards, and improve internal controls.
Build positive stakeholder relationships and assist the Financial Controller as needed.

About You:

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Current Working with Children’s Check and National Criminal History Record Check.
Thrives in a fast-paced, varied role with a focus on integrity and collaboration.
