We’re seeking an Accountant to support our Financial Controller across month-end close, reporting and analysis. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial results, maintaining balance sheet integrity and supporting audits and statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process journals, accruals and adjustments to support month-end close

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances

• Assist with management reporting, variance analysis and commentary

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (additions, transfers, depreciation, audits/stocktakes)

• Support statutory reporting requirements and audit processes

• Contribute to process improvement and documentation

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (CPA/CA or working towards is desirable)

• Experience in a similar accounting role, including reconciliations and month-end close

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

• Confident communicator who can work with both finance and operational stakeholders

• Experience with Business Central is advantageous
