EE Position 

Komatsu South Africa is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Officer: National Creditors to join the Finance Division within the Group Operations Reporting Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and capture supplier/creditor invoices.


• Reconcile supplier statements and creditor accounts.


• Verify invoice documentation and authorisations.


• Follow up on outstanding queries with operational units.


• Assist with month-end reporting and payment processing.


• Maintain accurate creditor records and vendor information.


• Support leadership with accounts payable administration.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.


• 2-Year Accounting Diploma.


• Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.


• Minimum 2 years' Financial Accounting exposure.


• SAP Accounts Payable experience will be advantageous.


• Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
