About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

We currently have x2 12-month fixed-term contract opportunities available.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, working in the office with the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing vendor master data and supplier account maintenance, including liaising with both domestic and international suppliers to resolve queries.
• Processing supplier invoices in line with established Accounts Payable schedules and procedures.
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier account queries in a timely manner.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and in accordance with agreed payment terms.
• Preparing and processing electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
• Producing monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations and reconciling supplier statements where required.
• Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of supplier records and master data.
• Ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready at all times.
• Contributing to Accounts Payable projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.

About You

• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Experience using SAP (preferred) or another large ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
