THE ROLE
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer payments are accurately receipted and allocated, helping to keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to support day-to-day processing while partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide exceptional service and resolve queries efficiently.

You'll be speaking with customers over the phone to assist with payment enquiries, resolve account queries, and build positive relationships, so confidence on the phone and a customer-first approach are essential.
