About the Role
The Administrative Assistant is a key frontline role within Student Residence, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to current and prospective residents, visitors and stakeholders. As a primary point of contact across UOW's residential communities, you will help create a positive student experience while ensuring efficient administration and compliance with University processes and systems.

The team delivers accommodation services that contribute to a positive and supportive student experience, working closely with students, residence staff and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
