Service Stream is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Coordinator to join our WA Field Module team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.

About the Role

You'll work closely with supervisors, field teams, and internal stakeholders while developing skills across reporting, coordination, customer service, and operational support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing administrative support to operational leaders and field teams
• Creating, updating, and closing work orders and service requests
• Maintaining records, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes
• Assisting with reports, data entry, and document management
• Supporting onboarding activities for new employees and contractors
• Responding to enquiries and helping coordinate communications between stakeholders
• Assisting with compliance records, training documentation, and audits
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business

To be successful, you'll have:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A positive, team-focused approach
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes

Desirable but Not Essential

• Previous administration, customer service, reception, or office support experience
• Experience working with databases, scheduling systems, or workflow tools
