The Company…

The Company has been a prominent part of the demolition industry for over 15 years and is in an exciting period of growth into new ventures. They are a safety and service driven demolition business that services commercial contractors, residential builders and home renovators. Given the ongoing growth of the company, they are now seeking to employ an experienced Administration Officer.

The Position…

In this position, you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will present a positive, cheerful persona and be the first point of contact for all clients.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
  
  


• Attend to and manage the emails (Outlook and One Drive)
  
  


• Use of job management systems (Buildertrend)
  
  


• Assisting the Estimator with compiling quotes, sending and tracking the quotes
  
  


• Allocating bookings, notifications, and paperwork as required for jobs
  
  


• Ability to design company processes and implement them into existence
  
  


• Tracking of jobs, scheduling, and daily invoicing and debtor control
  
  


• Coordination of the schedule and rostering of the team (Employment Hero) with the Office Manager
  
  


• Data entry, creating and understanding basic spreadsheets and documents (Excel & Word)
  
  


• General office and ad hoc duties as required

• Minimum of 2 years prior Administration experience
