We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Teaching and Learning team within the Teaching and Learning Directorate.
This is an opportunity to support the Teaching and Learning Directorate, contributing to the achievement of our strategic priorities by providing high-quality administrative support that enables effective service delivery across Catholic education.
This is a 1.0FTE one year fixed-term parental leave cover position commencing 21 September 2026.

About the Role
Working within the School Support Team in the Teaching and Learning Directorate, you will provide high-quality administrative support that enables the effective delivery of school and system initiatives aligned with CEWA's strategic priorities. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Teaching and Learning staff, schools and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, seamless coordination of events and professional learning activities, and the delivery of high-quality services to Catholic schools across Western Australia.

You are able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism and have demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality administrative services while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
