What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an Adoption Analyst who can support adoption activities by creating engaging digital training content, delivering virtual learning sessions, and assisting with promotional campaigns that drive awareness and participation. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the Adoption Manager, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure people are prepared, supported, and ready for change.

Role Purpose
The Adoption Analyst supports the execution of adoption strategies by delivering high-quality training and engagement activities. The role focuses on digital training content development, virtual facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and campaign support to drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop digital training content (e-learning, guides, videos, microlearning). 
• Facilitate virtual learning sessions and workshops. 
• Support promotional campaigns to build awareness and excitement. 
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis. 
• Monitor adoption progress, risks, and issues, and report to the Adoption Manager. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of adoption practices and tools.

Skills & Experience 

• Experience in change management, adoption, or learning roles.
• Ability to create engaging digital training and support materials. 
• Strong communication and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person). 
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
