 An exciting leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced Advice Growth Manager to join Bridges Financial Services.

Reporting to the Head of Advice, this role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, leading high-performing financial planning teams and delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll play a critical role in growing the practice, developing advisers, strengthening referral partnerships and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Drive revenue growth through the design and execution of practice growth plans.


• Lead, coach and mentor Financial Planners to achieve individual and practice growth targets.


• Foster a high-performance culture focused on exceptional client outcomes and commercial success.


• Support the implementation of the National Bridges growth strategy.


• Build and strengthen referral partner relationships within the local market.


• Lead the delivery and adoption of strategic projects and business initiatives.


• Work collaboratively with Bridges leadership and corporate teams to implement national policies, standards and processes.


• Ensure the delivery of the Bridges advice proposition and investment philosophy across the practice.


• Maintain strong risk and compliance outcomes through effective leadership and line one supervision activities.


• Building and maintaining strong brand positioning and differentiated market presence across our Advice businesses


• Partnering with business leaders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and client needs


• Driving lead generation, digital marketing and marketing automation initiatives

What you will bring:

• Significant leadership experience within the financial advice industry.


• Demonstrated success managing commercial operations including revenue growth, client engagement and referral partnerships.


• Strong experience coaching and mentoring Financial Planners to grow client acquisition and advice revenue.


• Deep understanding of advice industry regulations, legislation, products and strategies.


• A strong client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional advice experiences.


• The ability to influence, engage and build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group.


• Previous experience as a Financial Planner will be highly regarded.


• Industry qualifications and/or RG146 accreditation are advantageous.
