Advisor, T&O Enablement (Communications)
Brisbane, Sydney OR Melbourne
Help shape how Technology and Operations (T&O) connects, communicates and delivers impact. In this role, you will turn strategic priorities into clear leadership messaging, engagement moments and practical enablement activities that help teams understand what matters, why it matters, and how to act on it.
About the Role
As Advisor, T and O Enablement, you will support the Technology and Operations leadership team by translating strategic priorities into communication, engagement and enablement outcomes that improve understanding, alignment and delivery across the function.
Working with the Group CIO, the T and O Leadership Team and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate leadership communications, employee engagement initiatives and strategic messaging that strengthen understanding, connection and performance across T and O.
This role is available in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and offers a hybrid working model with 50% work from home each fortnight.
What You'll Do
Coordinate channels, forums, events and leadership engagement activities so messages are aligned, timely and delivered consistently across T and O, with clear connection to priorities, decisions and required actions.
Work closely with Corporate Communications and External Relations to support speaking opportunities, thought leadership activities and enterprise-wide communication initiatives.
What You'll Bring
A strong understanding of technology trends, digital capabilities, data and insights, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging messages that support decisions, behaviour change and delivery outcomes.
Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, engagement plans and leadership content that support organisational priorities and change outcomes.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools, including Copilot and Rovo, and curiosity about using AI-enabled ways of working to improve communication, engagement, productivity and team capability.
