Job Description - Aftermarket UV Sales Specialist, WI, Treatment, ANZ

We are seeking a motivated Aftermarket UV Sales Representative for our Treatment team to grow our regional aftermarket UV business across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will provide technical and commercial support, manage the installed base, and work with internal teams, service partners, and customers to deliver tailored UV spare parts solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a technically capable, commercially minded professional who can build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales plans that drive revenue and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, service partners, and utilities to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice and tailored aftermarket UV solutions from Xylem’s spare parts portfolio.
  • Drive growth in aftermarket products, including lamps, service kits, maintenance, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities.
  • Conduct customer visits, support renewal planning, and recover lost revenue by promoting genuine lamp conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel partners to strengthen market coverage and support customer success.
  • Maintain accurate installed base, opportunity, and Salesforce CRM reporting while sharing market and competitor insights

About you

  • You bring strong technical aptitude and can communicate complex aftermarket UV solutions clearly and confidently.
  • You have experience developing and executing sales plans that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • You understand sales methodologies, account management, and how to grow customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • You are confident analysing sales data, market trends, and opportunities to identify areas for growth.
  • You have experience and understanding of the water industry specifically municipality and aquatic sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable
