As an AI Learning and Development Specialist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

What you’ll do:
Lead the design and delivery of the firm’s AI Upskilling Program, ensuring it builds foundational, applied, and role specific AI capability across the firm.
Assess AI learning needs across the firm, identifying capability gaps and translating these into structured and scalable learning pathways for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Leverage ongoing analysis of external trends—including client expectations, workforce strategy, and regulatory/ethical developments—to ensure the program remains current and future focused.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive AI learning roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities and broader capability frameworks.
Oversee program governance, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring measurable uplift in AI proficiency and clear ROI for all learning activities.
Partner with the CoE Learning Design team to design high quality digital learning experiences and ensure they are engaging, accessible, and impactful at scale.
Pilot and embed innovative learning solutions, such as AI immersion labs, scenario-based simulations, peer-learning communities, microlearning, and on the job support tools.
Ensure all program content reflects responsible AI principles, ethical considerations, and risk management expectations.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to L&D team members contributing to the AI upskilling program.
Foster strong working relationships across teams and effectively influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of AI capability uplift initiatives.
Collaborate P&C Strategic Business Partners Business to support leaders in enabling AI ready teams through consistent communication, change support, and capability guidance.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience in Learning & Development, capability design, or workforce transformation roles.
Proven track record in designing enterprise wide capability strategies or largescale learning programs.
Experience working with emerging technology, AI concepts, or digital transformation initiatives (formal technical background not ).
Qualifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, or related disciplines.
Experience in consulting, professional services, or largescale complex organisations advantageous.
