Role Details 

• Location: Telfer, WA 


• Roster: 2:1, day shift and night shift


• Rate: $58- $66 DOE

About the Role  

You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Telfer.  

Responsibilities  

• Safe, efficient operation of heavy ancillary and production equipment  


• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately  


• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules  


• Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams  


• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values  


• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture  

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in mining operating the following equipment: 

CAT 793, 785, 988 & 994, D10T, D10T2, 16M, 6060
Hitachi EX1900 , EX2600
KOM WA1200

• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
