He is known for a collaborative, empowering leadership style \u2013 providing clear strategic direction while giving architects the autonomy to own client outcomes and shape solution offerings.\n\nAs Architect, you will be a key technical leader in our AI Apps \u0026 Data practice, working closely with clients to assess their current environments and design modern data and AI solutions that align to their strategic objectives. We will count on you to take technical ownership of large, complex engagements \u2013 from shaping the solution and defining requirements, through to providing governance, quality assurance and mentoring delivery teams.\n\nAlong the way, you will get to:\n\n * Lead end-to-end solution design for complex data and AI engagements on Microsoft Azure, including assessment of client architectures and the development of strategic roadmaps.\n * Provide technical leadership, quality assurance and governance across projects \u2013 guiding scope, estimates and technical budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery without sacrificing quality.\n * Work directly with client stakeholders and executives to elicit business and technical requirements, resolve project issues, and influence strategic data and AI decisions.\n * Design and implement solutions using the Azure data platform, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including integrating Azure OpenAI and multi-agent systems where appropriate.\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\n\n\n### What we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Proven consulting Data Architect with solid experience architecting, designing and implementing advanced technical solutions, ideally within a professional services environment.\n * Hands-on expertise in the Microsoft data stack, including Azure IaaS/PaaS, Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric, plus strong Python skills and experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.\n * Highly desirable: Practical AI delivery experience, including Azure OpenAI integration and deployment, familiarity with GPT models and prompt engineering on Azure, and experience building or designing multi-agent systems; dbt experience\n * Strong communicator and leader, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and architectures, and a track record of mentoring others and influencing senior stakeholders\n\n\n\n### What you can expect\n\nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
