BIC Consolidated is a leading provider of cleaning services across Australia. We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Area Manager to join our Team in Melbourne.

Position Title: Area Manager (Contract Administrator Occupation)

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per annum plus superannuation

BIC Consolidated Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Manager (Contract Administrator occupation) to oversee the administration and performance of multiple service contracts.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and maintain strong client relationships across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret service contracts and tender documents.

  • Prepare and maintain budgets, invoicing schedules, and variation registers.

  • Monitor expenditure and report on financial performance.

  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met.

  • Support the tender process, pricing, and analysis of new contracts.

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and WHS standards.

  • Promote adherence to quality, safety, and environmental systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Contract Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
